Back-on-track Sunday

No exercise today. Resting.

Breakfast: Oatmeal, toasted flax seed

Lunch: Delicious provolone and tomato panini with pesto sauce.

Dinner: Sushi at Sushi Jin, awesome restaurant. Relativelly healthy.

My favorite part of this cuasi-vegetarian diet: guilt free carbs!!!
